We developed chartering so that learning organsiations could question what is their market's most valuable human purpose through time.

Organisations who charter their brands openly celebrate any relevant question particularly ones that top people dont yet know the answer to and may need to assign the most innovative people to in  multidisciplinary way. There is one question every charter links round. Who would uniquely miss what if we (our market or organisation) did not exist? As well as probing different demand constituencies such as customers, owners, employees, societies, we probe who is included in the productivity of the value chain and in the social or business networking of knowhow and open technology

This question ensures that chartering design multi-win models

In this way chartering also help boardrooms develop missing metrics of goodwill, transparency and sustainability mapping -what Brookings called the greatest compound risk to health system design in the year 2000 inquiry Unseen Wealth
